Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room!!! The Wi-Fi was down for a day, which disrupted my plans. The payment process was confusing and unhelpful, as my credit card was not accepted!!!

Check-in was fast and breakfast options were plentiful.

Unfortunately, the water in my room was only lukewarm, quite uncomfortable given it was winter. The early morning knocking by the housekeeping staff made my last day a little stressful as I felt rushed. I also noticed the absence of a fridge, which would have enhanced my stay significantly.

Positive, The room was clean and had a comfy bed. I loved the variety at breakfast and the staff made check-in super easy. There were great dining options nearby and public transport was just a quick walk away. Easily a solid stay 😊

Berlin vibes and lekker brekkie ☕🥐

Jolled by how friendly the staff were, always ready to skinner at reception. The brekkie was a total win, so many options-fresh bread and pull through a nice cup of coffee! Room was nice and clean, air-con kept me cool all night. Perfect location, easy to explore!

Had a bit of a flippen noisy time with some guests in the hall, but that's just how it goes sometimes.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend trip in Berlin with attractive and competitive value for money. The shower was surprisingly spacious, made my stay more comfortable. Bring your own kettle if you enjoy hot drinks in your room.

The hotel offers a comfortable and clean stay with an efficient layout. Breakfast choices are extensive, with organic selections, and the staff is notably friendly. The bed was quite firm, and the absence of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient. The lack of in-room tea and coffee facilities, along with issues with the Wi-Fi connection, slightly detracted from the experience.

A Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities

I thoroughly enjoyed my four-night stay. The room was clean, and I appreciated the variety of options at breakfast. Exploring the history of Berlin was a highlight, and renting scooters made it more exciting! Future guests should try the breakfast options early for a quieter experience.

I enjoyed the spacious room with comfy bunk beds for the kids and a delicious buffet breakfast, but the night noise from the street was a bit much. I'd definitely return!

The place was super comfy and my room was clean and quiet. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful . Great location too, right near the philharmonie. The u-bahn was just a short walk away so getting around was easy. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Everything was nothing messy, really impressed with how clean it was!

Only thing i would say is that the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. It would be great if they had irons and ironing boards available in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located next to public transport. the queen room is well-organized with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. the staff are helpful and friendly, answering all my questions.

This new place is very convenient due to its excellent location in a great area with many restaurants around and the Mall of Berlin nearby, where you can also visit Zimt & Zucker Kaffeehaus for tea or coffee.

Convenient location close to a subway station 🚇. the rooms are quiet and well-insulated, offering a comfy double bed. Enjoyed a decent breakfast with a wide variety of options.
